What people ask

Everything clear before we start

We answered the questions we get most often about timeline, scope, payment, content and post-launch support exactly as they are — no marketing language.

Project & process

From first conversation to launch.

If the answer you're looking for isn't here, write to us directly and we'll help the same day. You don't have to sit through a sales call.

How long until my website goes live?
Most of our projects go live in 4–6 weeks. We give the exact timeline in writing together with the quote, based on scope.
Why are prices not listed on the site?
A student housing site and a news platform do not cost the same. Once we have heard what you need, we send the scope and the price clearly in writing within 24 hours — no surprise line items.
Do I have to deal with hosting and the domain myself?
No. We manage the domain, hosting, SSL and email setup; you deal with a single point of contact.
What happens after the site goes live?
We are the kind that stays, not the kind that builds and hands over: we offer a support agreement covering updates, backups, security and content.
What do I need to prepare before design starts?
A logo, brand colours, service details and any existing content speed things up. We can plan the gaps together — we can also start with nothing ready.
Do I get revisions?
Yes. Feedback rounds during the design stage are agreed at the outset. We do not move to development without your approval.
Is mobile compatibility included?
Yes, and it is not a separate line item. Every project is built mobile-first and tested individually on phone, tablet and desktop.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. We set up a content management panel and give you a short training session on it before launch. You will not have to write to us for every small change.
Do you guarantee SEO results?
Guaranteeing a specific position is neither ethical nor realistic — nobody can guarantee a Google ranking. What we promise is a sustainable foundation in technical infrastructure, speed, content structure and measurement.
Can the content from my current site be migrated?
Yes. Content, page addresses and accumulated SEO value are reviewed and a controlled migration plan is prepared; old addresses are redirected to the new pages.
