Privacy Notice

How we handle the information you share through our quote and contact forms.

Last updated: 2 August 2026

What data do we collect?

Our quote and contact forms ask only for what we need in order to reply: your name and phone number are required; your business name, email address, sector and requirement selections, and your message are optional. These fields help us understand your request correctly.

Separately, we count page views to understand which pages get attention. No cookies are used for this and your IP address is not stored; we record only the address of the page viewed, the domain of the site that referred you (for example google.com), whether your device is mobile or desktop, and the site language. Because these records are not linked to individuals, two visits by the same person cannot be connected.

Why do we collect it?

The sole purpose of the form data is to reply to your request and prepare a quote. The purpose of the visit counting is to see which parts of the site are useful and to shape the content accordingly.

We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

Legal basis

Form data is processed on the basis of the explicit consent you give by ticking the box when submitting the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

Visit counting, which uses no cookies and is not linked to individuals, is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing the site securely and functionally.

Who do we share it with?

We do not sell your data, do not pass it to advertising networks, and do not allow third parties to use it for their own purposes.

That said, no website runs on its own. Enquiry records are held in our own admin panel and notification email is sent from the mail server on our own domain. The infrastructure and hosting provider that runs these systems is technically in a position to access the data and therefore counts as a data processor. That party acts only on our instructions and only to the extent needed to provide the service.

Any transfer beyond this happens only where a legal obligation arises, and only to the extent required.

We do not run advertising networks, social media trackers or third-party analytics tools on the site. If such a tool is added in future, this notice will be updated and your consent will be sought where required.

Where is the data stored?

Enquiry records and visit counts are held in the database on the server that runs the site. If you would like information about the country the server is located in and the infrastructure provider, you can request it at the address below.

How long do we keep it?

We keep enquiry records for at most two years after your request is concluded; this period covers the natural follow-up of commercial discussions. If you want them deleted sooner, just write to us — you do not need to give a reason.

Visit records contain no personal data and may be kept indefinitely for statistical purposes.

Your rights

  • To learn what data is held about you
  • To ask for incorrect or incomplete information to be corrected
  • To ask for your data to be deleted
  • To withdraw the consent you gave for processing
  • To ask for processing to be restricted
  • To request a copy of your data

To exercise any of these rights, simply write to info@karal.digital. We conclude requests within 30 days at the latest.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, the admin panel is password protected, and only authorised people can access enquiry records. Even so, no system offers absolute security; if a security incident affects your personal data, we will inform you and the relevant authorities.
